And for good measure, it's a UK vegan gluten free pancake recipe so no alien ingredients or measurements.
It's just a really easy free from pancake recipe for Shrove Tuesday, a Saturday morning or even for dinner (try them with bacon or sausage!)
Ingredients to make around x 12 pancakes
150g plain gluten free flour
1 x box of Alpro single cream (I have tried the fresh and long life and both work)
1 egg (Orgran No Egg)
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 banana, mashed
Optional extras - peanut butter, dried or fresh fruit, nuts, chocolate chips
Whisk together all of the ingredients. Ladle the mixture into a lightly oiled non stock frying pan and fry on a moderately high heat until bubbles appear on the surface. (Add a touch of milk or milk alternative if the batter is too thick). Flip and cook for another couple of minutes or until both sides have browned.
Delicious, fluffy and so simple :)
