Way back when I ate egg whites and I fancied a bit of cake, I'd pop to the kitchen and make some. It wasn't very hard - as long as I had eggs, gluten free flour and butter.
Now when I want cake, I cry a little inside.
A friend of a friend has actually given me a recipe for egg free lemon cake which was highly recommended and I will try to make really soon.
In the meantime, there's the ever so fab The Natural Cupcake Company.
All the cakes they make are vegan, which of course means no eggs or dairy. BUT most cakes can also be made gluten free!!!
The menu is like an A-Z of lush (and I don't even have a sweet tooth normally!)
And they do weddings and parties.
